Sessions

Sessions take place online by video, phone or live chat. Please make sure you have a private, quiet space and a reliable connection.

Booking and cancellations

Sessions are booked through the booking link on this site. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

Not an emergency service

Counselling is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk, please call 999, go to your nearest A&E, or call Samaritans free on 116 123.

Professional standards

Foluso Orebiyi is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and works within its Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
